Cheryl and Mike’s wedding took place at the Wedding Belle Chapel in Kitchener City Hall on a beautiful summer afternoon. Cheryl entered the chapel in a gorgeous dress and handmade her own beautiful bouquet out of silk flowers. The chapel was filled with friends and family as Cheryl and Mike exchanged vows. The ceremony was short and sweet with hugs, kisses, and joyful tears from the family. As it was our first time at Kitchener City Hall for a wedding, we were eager to make use of the architecture of the building. We explored inside and out, snapping candid and posed images along the way.
We made our way over to Rockway Gardens for family photos. With its colourful flowers and clear waterfalls, this place is a photographer’s dream. We shared some laughs and captured the wedding party and family in front of a small waterfall and pond. The lush greens of the garden made for a beautiful background. Once the family photos were done we snuck Cheryl and Mike away for some private photos. We strolled through the park admiring the flowers and the perfect weather. After our mini photo expedition, we reluctantly parted ways with the wedding party as they headed off to Niagara Falls to continue the celebrations. Our time spent with Cheryl and Mike will be remembered for its laughs, silly faces, and genuine love.
We were honored to capture this day for them both and wish them all the best as they begin their new journey together through life as husband and wife.
